Where does San Amore ship to?

We currently ship Australia-wide and internationally to selected countries. If we do not ship to your country, keep an eye out as we aim to keep expanding

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, promotions or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

How long does shipping take?

Australia

Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

International

International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing, however most orders arrive within 5–15 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Are duties and taxes included?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

While we aim to deliver all orders within estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, customs or high shipping volumes.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
