At San Amore, we are committed to delivering premium pieces designed for an Italian summer. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition

With all tags attached 

Free from stains, odours, marks, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as a San Amore store credit code. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Store credit codes can be used on any future purchase through our website.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return unless marked as “Final Sale”.

Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible with clear photo or video evidence of the fault.

Once assessed, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your:

1. Full name

2. Order number

3. Reason for return or exchange

4. Ensure your item meets our return conditions:

5. Unworn, unwashed, and unused

6. Tags and hygiene liners attached

7. No stains, odours, makeup marks, or damage

Once approved, you will receive return instructions from our team.

Securely package your item and send it back using a tracked shipping method.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your store credit code or exchange will be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

San Amore is not responsible for returns lost in transit
